Education
Syracuse University
Syracuse, New York
Master of Science - Computer Science
September 2024 - June 2026
GPA: 4.0
For my master's degree at Syracuse University, I specialized in machine learning and artificial intelligence. I did research projects where I performed data gathering, data cleansing, trained an artificial neural network and other machine learning algorithms to perform a specific task, such as pattern recognition or classification.
Projects include:- CIS 600 - Introduction to Data Mining: Compared the performance of several machine learning algorithms including linear regression, random forest, and bagging, on predicting the value of various cryptocurrencies.
- CIS 663 - Biometrics: Trained an convolutional neural network on images of people to recognize their age range based on their facial features.
- CIS 735 - Machine Learning for Security: Trained an artificial neural network on network traffic to determing whether the packets were malicious or benign.

SUNY Polytechnic Institute
Utica, New York
Bachelor of Science - Computer Science, Minor in Network and Computer Security
August 2022 - May 2024
GPA: 3.9
I participated in an accelerated BS/MS program during my time at SUNY Poly. Allowing me to take graduate level classes while pursuing my undergraduate degree. I primarily focused on artificial intelligence and machine learning. However, I also studied cybersecurity with the minor in network and computer security, allowing me to build a broader skill set in computer science.
Projects include:- CS 548 - Image Translation and Generation: Created and trained a stable diffusion adapter that transformed images of people's faces into images of animal faces
- CS 518 - Multimedia Programming: Created a compilation of games using the SDL2 framework for C++ as well as created my own framework for SDL2
- CS 498 - Captsone: Created a language pack for Visual Studio Code for a custom programming language
More information on these projects can be found on the projects page.
